I wish to give the Committee
notice of the following motion:

That
the House of Commons Standing Committee on Justice review the
submission made by the Customs Excise Union Douanes Accise (CEUDA)
to the Standing Senate Committee on National Security and Defence
on October 31, 2005, and investigate all allegations of misleading
statements and questionable statistics made in that report and,
based on our findings make a report with recommendations to
the House of Commons. |

le Comité permanent de la Justice de la Chambre des
communes revoie le mémoire que la CEUDA (Customs Excise
Union Douanes Accise)a présenté au Comité
sénatorial permanent de la sécurité nationale
et de la défense le 31 octobre 2005 et qu’il
enquête sur toutes les allégations de déclarations
trompeuses et de statistiques douteuses faites dans ce rapport
et, à partir de nos conclusions, produise un rapport
