The CSSA’s Great Canadian Reception is the premier SHOT Show event (Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade Show in Las Vegas, Nevada) for Canadian businesses because it provides a unique opportunity to meet, network, and collaborate.
On Wednesday evening, January 21st, more than 185 representatives from Canada’s firearms industry gathered 108 floors above Las Vegas at the Stratosphere Air Bar to celebrate our community, renew old friendships, and forge new relationships with one common goal, to protect and defend the rights, freedoms, and responsibilities of Canadian firearms owners.
From a Hotel Room in 2013 to Canada’s Premier Canadian Event
This event, which began in CSSA Director Micheal Duynhoven’s hotel room in 2013, has grown into the premier Canadian networking reception at SHOT Show.
Year after year, attendees call the CSSA reception “the most coveted invitation for Canadians at SHOT”because of the opportunity it provides to connect at scale, in a setting designed for conversation and collaboration.
As we do every year, we give a special shout out to Micheal Duynhoven for his vision and his dedication to running this event every year.
His Herculean efforts have grown this tradition into the signature event for our community at SHOT Show.
