Thank You, Diane Town!
After 10 years, Diane Town has stepped down as President. Diane’s tenure was a masterclass in situational leadership during the most turbulent era Canadian sport shooters have ever faced.
From fighting the regulatory overreach of Ottawa’s gun bans to demanding political accountability from all parties, Diane refused to let our community be ignored.
She championed grassroots activism, expanded women’s shooting programs, and reminded us all to “keep the faith.”
Diane, thank you for your years of tireless service, your grit, and for leaving our association stronger, more diverse, and more united!
Congratulations to Our New President, Mike Duynhoven!
We are thrilled to announce that Mike Duynhoven has stepped up as the new President of the CSSA!
As our long-standing Vice-President, Mike is the mastermind who bridged the gap between grassroots gun owners and the Canadian firearms industry, creating networks that fund our legal battles and public relations campaigns.
Mike’s understanding of the bureaucratic traps faced by PAL/RPAL holders and his hands-on dedication makes him the perfect choice to guide CSSA forward.
We have the facts. We have the willpower. And under President Mike Duynhoven, the CSSA will continue to fiercely defend our outdoor heritage, culture of safety and personal responsibility, and Canada’s sport shooting traditions.
